Environment
Poly-Pac is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its products. The company has therefore initiated a number of measures to address this issue, including :
•The energy needed to produce arcoPlus® Policarb® and Policomp® sheets is generated by the factory using solar panels.
•Once installed, polycarbonate systems comply fully with the requirements of the HQE (High Environmental Quality) label.
2001
Creation of Poly-Pac and launch of a sales partnership with Italian manufacturer dott.Gallina. The company expands on the French market as a specialist in plastics and building envelopes, with arcoPlus® products, a range of façade and roofing systems made from polycarbonate sheets.
2014
Change of governance following the takeover of the company. New impetus is given to Poly-Pac, which exports its know-how. The UK is chosen as the location for this international expansion.
2020
Change of sales policy. Poly-Pac wants to reduce the number of intermediaries and get closer to its customers. From now on, the company will offer a direct service to fitters and installers, providing greater responsiveness and more precise project management.
2024
Digitalising the company. Poly-Pac has a new website, a new ERP system and is strengthening its processes and tools. The company wants to optimise its flows and modernise its operations.

In collaboration with the Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment – CSTB – Poly-Pac develops all the Documents Techniques d’Applications – DTA.
Poly-Pac uses its expertise to improve polycarbonate systems:

The partnership with Dott.Gallina enables Poly-Pac to create polycarbonate panels in an infinite range of colours.
Thanks to the integration of colour pigments directly into the polymer mass, Poly-Pac can offer you customised solutions that last over time.

Based in Bruz, Brittany, Poly-Pac employs around twenty people.

Our staff are at your service to carry out technical studies based on the architect’s plans, to provide you with detailed installation plans and to support you during the start- up phase of your projects.
Poly-Pac’s range of services also includes the design and manufacture of ventilation and smoke extraction vents and vaults.
Poly-Pac is developing its activities in a 5,000m² building to store supplies of its polycarbonate solutions, innovate with research and development, and welcome its customers and partners.
